How to keep chicken breast juicy
- Cover the breast with aluminum foil or waxed paper and remove when the chicken is ready only to allow for it to get crispy and brown
- Cover the breast with the slices of bacon, or put pieces of cream butter
- Carefully slide the pieces of butter under the skin of the breast. Slowly raise the skin with fingers and slowly remove it from meat.
- Frequently, approximately in every 10 minutes spill the juice produced during roasting over the chicken breast.
