How to roast a Chicken
How to keep chicken breast juicy
  1. Cover the breast with aluminum foil or waxed paper and remove when the chicken is ready only to allow for it to get crispy and brown
  2. Cover the breast with the slices of bacon, or put pieces of cream butter
  3. Carefully slide the pieces of butter under the skin of the breast. Slowly raise the skin with fingers and slowly remove it from meat.
  4. Frequently, approximately in every 10 minutes spill the juice produced during roasting over the chicken breast.
