Penne with chicken and Feta

During midweek, after an exhausting workdays you need something simple and delicious - like Pene with chicken and Feta cheese! You'll need couple of minutes to prepare this meal!

Penne with chicken and Feta

Ingredients (4 servings)

500 grams of chicken breast fillets

2 tablespoons olive oil

6-8 green onions

1 cup feta cheese

500 grams Pene

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced (long bites) ​​chicken breast fillets, and cook for about 5-8 minutes, at medium heat, until chicken becomes golden and is prepared, stirring frequently. Add the green onions and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from fire, add the chopped feta cubes, sprinkle it with salt and pepper and toss.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta: In a large pot boil water and add salt. Pour pene, and boil for 8-10 minutes to cook (preparation time is usually indicated on the packaging). Do not overcook Pene. Drain and place in alarge bowl.
  3. Place the chicken mixture on pene, slightly toss, decorate with green onions and serve immediately.
