Chicken wings

300 gr

Flour

600 gr

Paprika

Garlic Powder

BBQ sauce

  • Process the chicken wings and soak them in brine for at least 20 minutes.
  • Prepare ingredients for breading: beat eggs with salt and mix spices in flour.
  • Bread the chicken wings consistently (flour, eggs, flour).
  • Heat the oil up to 160 degrees Celsius, put the chicken wings (it will start boiling), cook for 4-5 minutes, remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil from the wings.
  • Heat the oil at 180 degrees Celsius and cook the chicken again for 5-6 minutes.
  • Pour BBQ sauce in the saucepan of appropriate size. Throw the chicken wings and mix well so that sauce spreads evenly on all chicken wings.
  • Transfer the prepared dish to the desired plate and enjoy (the dish can be served with sour cream).
