Salad with chicken hearts and fruits

Ingredients

 

Chicken hearts

100 gr

Orange

60 gr

Pear

60 gr

Spinach

60 gr

Lola Rosa

40 gr

Red onion

15 gr

Sunflower oil

30 ml

Sugar

10 gr

Salt

4 gr

Lemon

8 gr

Butter

30 gr

Svanetian salt

6 gr

Mustard

10 gr

 

  • Clean the chicken hearts.
  • Wash fruits, lettuce and dry.
  • Take a deep bowl, put mustard, sugar, squeeze lemon, add salt to taste and mix well. Then add oil while actively stirring/beating the ingredients and the sauce is ready.
  • Heat a frying pan on gas stove, pour some oil and 30 gr of butter, put red onions and stew. Add chicken hearts and fry well. Remove from fire.
  • Put the salad leaves cut to the desired size in a bowl, pour 10 gr of the sauce, mix well and transfer to the desired dish.
  • Arrange the prepared chicken hearts on the lettuce, place the fruit cut to the desired size on top and sprinkle with Svanetian salt to taste, enjoy!
