Chicken fillet

  • Process the chicken fillet and soak in brine for at least 20 minutes.
  • Wash vegetables, lettuce and dry.
  • Mix finely chopped coriander, lemon and salt to taste with the sour milk, the sauce is ready.
  • Heat the frying-pan well. Spread the surface of the heated frying-pan with oil using a brush or kitchen paper and place the chicken fillet. Add salt, pepper to taste and fry both sides (it is important that the chicken does not dry out, keep one side for 2 minutes, then the other side for 2 minutes and then remove from the fire).
  • Transfer the lettuce to a bowl of appropriate size and mix with the little sauce. Transfer in the desired dish.
  • Place all other ingredients in the desired order as rows, put on top the vegetables of the desired size and shape, Georgian nuts, Gouda, a bit of sour milk sauce and of course the chicken fillet.
  • Salad is ready, enjoy.
