Chicken-Filled Crepes

Chicken-Filled Crepes

You will need:

  • 1 kg chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • Salt

For the crepes:

  • 1 liter water
  • 5 eggs
  • 450 g flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt

Preparation:
Beat the eggs with salt until pale.
Add 1 liter of water and mix in the flour.
Pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and fry in a pan in thin layers.
You’ll get about 20–25 large crepes.

You will need:

Chicken fillet

For the marinade:

Salt

Pepper

Sesame oil

Soy sauce

Baking soda

Garlic powder

Egg white (from 1 egg)

Let the marinated chicken fillet rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Then coat it in potato starch and fry on both sides.

For the sauce you will need:

Honey

Sugar

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar

A little water

Tomato paste

Pour the sauce into a hot pan and stir until it thickens.
Then add the fried chicken fillet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
