Chicken fillet with Bacon

For the chicken meatballs:

1 kg chicken fillet

2 onions

4–5 garlic cloves

Fresh coriander and parsley

Salt

Paprika

1 egg

1 tbsp flour (optional, if you want the meatballs to be firmer)

For the broth:

Butter or oil

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

2 carrots

50 g basmati rice

Fresh coriander

Salt

Lemon juice to taste (highly recommended)

• 4–5 pomegranates (for about 300 ml of pomegranate juice)
