For 2 sandwiches you will need:
300 g Biu Biu smoked chicken fillet
2 sandwich breads
2 large lettuce leaves
1 large tomato
1 red onion
For the sauce:
150 g cream cheese
30 g pesto sauce
Pesto recipe:
1 bunch (50 g) basil / tarragon or parsley
50 g Parmesan
50 g walnuts
100 ml olive oil
1 garlic clove
