Chicken fillets with Zucchini

Homemade Caesar salad is so much tastier!

Use Biu Biu’s fresh product – smoked chicken fillet, which pairs perfectly with Caesar sauce.

Recipe:

• 300 g smoked chicken fillet
• 300 g lettuce leaves
• Caesar dressing
• Cherry tomatoes
• Parmesan
• Toasted bread

For the Caesar dressing you will need:

• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• 25–30 g grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe:

• Raw chicken
• Sunflower oil (for frying the chicken)
• Butter
• 2–3 onions
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 4–5 pomegranates (for about 300 ml of pomegranate juice)
• Salt
• Crushed red pepper to taste
• 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
• 0.5 tsp dried coriander
• 0.5 tsp roasted chicken seasoning
• Pomegranate seeds (for serving)
• Fresh coriander (for serving)
