Ingredients (4 servings) 500 grams of chicken breast fillets, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 6-8 green onions, 1 cup feta cheese, 500 grams Pene, Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced (long bites) chicken breast fillets, and cook for about 5-8 minutes, at medium heat, until chicken becomes golden and is prepared, stirring frequently. Add the green onions and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from fire, add the chopped feta cubes, sprinkle it with salt and pepper and toss. Meanwhile, cook pasta: In a large pot boil water and add salt. Pour pene, and boil for 8-10 minutes to cook(preparation time is usually indicated on the packaging). Do not overcook Pene. Drain and place in a large bowl. Place the chicken mixture on pene, slightly toss, decorate with green onions and serve immediately.
