700–800 g chicken fillet

100 g butter

100 g flour

Salt to taste

3–4 cloves finely chopped garlic

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

Green onion

For the vegetable mix, you will need:

Purple cabbage

Radish

Green and red bell peppers

Cucumber

For the sauce, you will need:

2 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Dijon mustard or mustard seeds

Salt to taste
